Rashmi, your baker, is a celiac herself, so she knows and understands Gluten Free both personally and professionally. This, combined with her passion for clean food means Chiffon Tree is for anyone who values what goes into their body.

All elements of each recipe are carefully curated, which makes each product that Chiffon Tree offers a clean eat, down to the last ingredient.

You can expect mostly organic flours, pure Italian extra virgin olive oil, grass fed dairy (most, not all), the finest butter, the purest chocolate, pastured eggs, and NO Seed Oils or Soy.

Every item is artisanal, handmade with utmost care and love, fresh, on order only.

All items on the menu are Rashmi's proprietary handcrafted recipes.
